In the Closed Rhinoplasty, all incisions are made inside the nostrils. The nose skin is not lifted. By reaching the nasal bones and cartilage through the nostrils, they shape the desired nose form. Stitches are then placed inside the nostrils. This way, there is no visible scar on the nose. The recovery time is shorter compared to open rhinoplasty.

Also, revision rhinoplasty can be done. It is performed on patients who are dissatisfied with the shape of their nose or experience breathing problems after the initial surgery.
